General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Sara Lussi AG

These General Terms and Conditions apply to the treatments and services offered by Sara Lussi AG.

Sara Lussi AG offers holistic remote treatments as well as on-site treatments. The two forms of treatment are provided as separate services.

These GTC are made available to the person making the booking in an appropriate form before the booking is completed. By making the booking or, in the case of individually agreed treatments, by the confirmation of the booking, the person making the booking accepts these GTC; they become part of the contract between the person making the booking and Sara Lussi AG. These GTC apply in particular to future treatments.

2.1. General

Sara Lussi AG offers individual spiritual-intuitive treatments for people and animals. The focus is on personal attention to the concern communicated. For this purpose, the person providing the treatment turns inward and attunes themselves mentally and intuitively to the mind and soul of the person or animal concerned. The terms ‘treatment’, ‘mind’ and ‘soul’ describe this spiritual approach.

The service comprises attention to the concern and its subjective reflection. Perceptions and interpretations are personal impressions and are to be understood as spiritual impulses, not as objective findings or scientific assessments. The support is open-ended; a specific gain in insight, a treatment success or any change in health or otherwise does not form part of the contractual scope of services. Sara Lussi AG makes no promise of healing in respect of any form of treatment.

2.2. Holistic Remote Treatments

Holistic remote treatments are carried out exclusively remotely. Personal attendance or availability at a specific time is not required. The treatment takes place in the course of the booked treatment day. The procedure and duration are determined by the person providing the treatment on a case-by-case basis. The choice of methods and the time required are at the discretion of the person providing the treatment.

After a holistic remote treatment, the person who made the booking or the person treated receives personal feedback on the treatment. The feedback serves exclusively as general information about the personal impressions perceived by the provider. At the discretion of Sara Lussi AG, the feedback is provided either as an audio recording or in another electronic form.

The feedback is sent at a later time than the actual time of the treatment. Sara Lussi AG endeavours to send feedback on the day following the treatment, although this date is not binding.

2.3. On-Site Treatments

The on-site treatment takes place by appointment at the practice premises of Sara Lussi AG. During an on-site treatment, the person providing the treatment addresses the concern raised in the spiritual and intuitive manner described above. The procedure and approach are arranged individually within the agreed scope of services. Specific methods, a fixed duration or additional written feedback require express agreement.

Holistic remote treatments can be booked via the online booking system of Sara Lussi AG.

The person making the booking is responsible for entering the details provided when booking completely and correctly. In particular, care must be taken to provide a correct email address, as booking confirmations, invoices and further information are sent to this address.

A separate booking is required for each person or animal to be treated.

The contract for the treatment booked online is concluded upon successful payment and electronic booking confirmation. In the event of technical faults in the booking or payment system, a booking or payment may not be completed properly. In this case, an online booking is only deemed binding once it has been successfully confirmed.

If, exceptionally, a booking cannot be made via the online booking system, the treatment is agreed individually. The booking is deemed binding upon its confirmation by Sara Lussi AG.

Appointments for on-site treatments are agreed individually. An appointment is deemed bindingly agreed upon its mutual confirmation.

The prices applicable at any given time are communicated on the website, in the online booking system or when an appointment is arranged individually.

In the case of an online booking, holistic remote treatments are paid for directly as part of the booking process. For bookings that are, exceptionally, not made via the online booking system, Sara Lussi AG may stipulate alternative payment terms.

Following successful online payment, an invoice or payment confirmation is sent electronically.

For on-site treatments, the payment terms communicated when the appointment is arranged or at the treatment apply.

5.1. Holistic Remote Treatments

A booked remote treatment may be cancelled free of charge or postponed to another available treatment day up to 18:00 at the latest on the day before the booked treatment day.

In the event of a later cancellation, there is no entitlement to a refund of the amount already paid. If the treatment has not yet been paid for, the treatment may be charged.

5.2. On-Site Treatments

An agreed appointment for an on-site treatment may be cancelled or postponed free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.

In the event of a later cancellation or non-attendance, the treatment may be charged in full.

If a treatment cannot be carried out for important reasons on the part of Sara Lussi AG, then, at the option of Sara Lussi AG, a new appointment or treatment day will, where possible, be arranged or, if the treatment has already been paid for, the amount paid will be refunded. Any further claims of the client are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

The person making the booking is responsible for providing the information relevant to the treatment completely and correctly.

For online bookings, all important information about the concern should be entered directly in the field provided for this purpose in the booking system. It is not necessary to send the same information additionally by email or WhatsApp.

When booking for another person or an animal, the person making the booking confirms that they are authorised to provide the necessary information and to arrange the treatment. In the case of third parties who have capacity of judgement, the person making the booking further confirms that the person concerned has been informed of the nature, content and limits of the treatment and of the processing of the information required for it, and has consented to the booking, the treatment and the transfer of data. The person making the booking indemnifies Sara Lussi AG against any claims arising from the absence of such authorisation or consent.

Minors may not book treatments independently. In the case of a treatment of minors, the person making the booking confirms that they themselves are legally authorised to represent the minor or have obtained the necessary consent of the legal representative to the treatment and to the transfer and processing of the information required for it. The person making the booking must provide Sara Lussi AG with proof of this authorisation or consent in an appropriate form upon request and indemnifies Sara Lussi AG against any claims arising from the absence of such authorisation or consent or from it having been incorrectly assured.

Personal data, including health information and other sensitive personal data, are processed confidentially and in accordance with the applicable data protection provisions. The person making the booking acknowledges that the processing of such data is necessary for the provision of the booked service. For the processing of these personal data, Sara Lussi AG relies on Art. 31 para. 2 let. a FADP.

The data collected in connection with a booking or treatment are processed in particular for the provision of the treatment, communication, payment processing, invoicing and administration.

Further information on the processing of personal data is set out in the current Privacy Policy of Sara Lussi AG, which is available on the website and can be acknowledged in the course of the booking. The client is responsible for reading the Privacy Policy before booking.

Clients make use of the treatments offered on their own responsibility.

The treatments do not constitute any examination, diagnosis, treatment, advice or emergency care by a doctor or of a medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic or veterinary nature, nor do they replace such care. In the event of existing or acute health complaints, psychological strain, suspected illness or emergencies, an appropriately qualified medical professional must be consulted, and any necessary assessment or treatment by a doctor or of a medical, psychological or veterinary nature must be continued or sought independently of any treatment by Sara Lussi AG.

The liability of Sara Lussi AG is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to damage caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct on the part of Sara Lussi AG. Liability for slight negligence, indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit, non-material damage and for damage arising from the disregard of medical, psychological or veterinary assessments or treatments is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory liability provisions of Swiss law remain reserved.

Sara Lussi AG may amend these GTC at any time.

A booking or appointment is governed by the version of the GTC that was valid at the time the contract was concluded.

The current version can be viewed on the website of Sara Lussi AG.

Swiss law applies, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.

The contracting parties agree that the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of Sara Lussi AG. Mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction remain reserved.

Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

These GTC may be made available in several languages. In the event of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the language versions, the German version shall prevail.
