General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Sara Lussi AG

1. Scope of application: These General Terms and Conditions apply to all treatments and services offered by Sara Lussi AG (hereinafter referred to as ‘Practice’). The on-site osteopathic treatments and holistic remote treatments are clearly separated and provided as separate services.
2. Services: The Practice offers two different types of treatments:
• On-site osteopathic treatments: These take place at the practice premises.
• Holistic remote treatments: These are carried out exclusively from a distance. Sara Lussi AG does not make any medical diagnoses or promise healing. Each treatment is carried out within the scope of the possibilities at the time.
3. Appointments and conclusion of a contract: Booking a treatment appointment constitutes a binding contract. Appointments for holistic remote treatments and on-site osteopathic treatments in Valais can be booked online via the practice website. Appointments for treatments in Dallenwil cannot be booked online and must be arranged individually.
4. Payment terms: Prices for on-site osteopathic treatments and holistic remote treatments can be viewed on the website or on request. After the treatment, an invoice will be sent to the client by email.
5. Cancellation and withdrawal: Treatment appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment. For later cancellations or no-shows, the practice reserves the right to charge the full fee.
6. Data protection: The practice is committed to keeping all personal data and health information confidential and to use it solely for the purpose of carrying out the respective treatment. Further information can be found in the privacy policy, which is sent to the client when booking an online appointment.
7. Liability: The practice is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the use of on-site or holistic remote treatments, unless they are based on gross negligence or intent on the part of the practice.
8. Consent of the client: By using an on-site or holistic remote treatment, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
9. Amendments to the GTC: The practice reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The currently valid version can be viewed on the practice’s website and comes into force upon publication.
10. Final provisions: These GTC are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Stans, Nidwalden. Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
