General terms and conditions (GTC) for distance treatment at Osteopathy Lussi AG

1. Scope These general terms and conditions apply to all on-site and remote treatments and services provided by Osteopathy Lussi AG (hereinafter referred to as “practice”).

2. Services The practice offers osteopathy treatments on-site or via distance treatment. Osteopathy Lussi AG does not make a diagnosis in the medical sense and does not promise healing for treatments. Whatever is possible at the time of treatment always happens.

3. Appointments and the conclusion of a contract Appointments and the conclusion of a contract with a user (client) of the Osteopathy Lussi AG services for on-site and remote treatments can be arranged by telephone or via our website or other messenger services. The dates are binding.

4. Terms of payment The prices for on-site treatment and distance treatments are communicated on the website or upon request. Payments are due prior to remote treatment and can be made via bank transfer.

5. Cancellation and withdrawal On-site and remote treatment appointments can be canceled or postponed free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment. For subsequent cancellations or no-shows, the practice reserves the right to charge the full fee.

6. Data protection The practice undertakes to treat all personal data and health information confidentially and to use it only for the purpose of on-site treatment or remote treatment. Further information can be found in our data protection declaration.

7. Liability The practice is not liable for damages or injuries that result from the use of the on-site treatment services or distance treatment services, or which result as a result of the use of the information on this website unless these are based on gross negligence or intent on the part of the practice.

8. Consent of the client By using the services of Osteopathy Lussi AG, the client accepts the present legal regulations.

9. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions The practice reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The amended terms and conditions will be published on the website and come into force at the time of publication.

10. Final provisions These general terms and conditions are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Stans, Nidwalden. If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
