General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Sara Lussi AG

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by Sara Lussi AG.
Sara Lussi AG primarily offers holistic remote treatments for body, mind and soul.
2. Services
Sara Lussi AG provides holistic treatments designed to support physical, emotional and energetic balance.
The services offered are intended to support body, mind and soul and do not replace medical diagnosis, medical treatment or psychotherapeutic care.
Sara Lussi AG does not provide medical diagnoses and does not guarantee any specific healing outcome. The course and success of a treatment cannot be guaranteed and depend on numerous individual factors.
3. Appointment Booking and Conclusion of Contract
Booking an appointment through the website, by email or through any other booking method offered by Sara Lussi AG constitutes a binding agreement.
By booking an appointment, the client confirms that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
By booking an appointment, the client further confirms that they have read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy valid at the time of booking.
By booking an appointment, the client also confirms that they have read and understood the information regarding the treatment.
Anyone booking an appointment on behalf of another person, a child or an animal confirms that they are authorised to do so and have obtained the necessary consent from the legal guardian or animal owner.
4. Provision of Remote Treatments
Remote treatments are carried out on the booked treatment day.
The treatment is booked for the agreed treatment day. The time selected during the booking process serves primarily administrative purposes and does not necessarily represent the actual time the treatment is performed.
The client does not need to be available during the treatment and may continue their normal daily activities.
Feedback regarding the treatment is generally provided on the following business day by email or through another agreed communication channel.
In exceptional cases, feedback may be delayed due to holidays, public holidays, illness or a high workload.
5. Prices and Payment Terms
The prices published at the time of booking shall apply.
The services offered are generally self-pay services. No reimbursement or billing through health insurance providers is available.
Invoices are generally issued electronically by email.
The client is responsible for ensuring that the provided email address is accurate and capable of receiving emails.
Invoices must be paid within the payment period stated on the invoice.
After the payment deadline has expired, a chargeable payment reminder or reminder notice may be issued automatically.
In the event of late payment, additional reminder fees and any other legally permissible costs may be charged.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the treatment day.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the treatment day, the full treatment fee will be charged.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client is required to provide all information relevant to the treatment truthfully and completely.
Responsibility for obtaining medical evaluations, diagnoses and any necessary treatment from physicians or other healthcare professionals remains solely with the client at all times.
8. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the current Privacy Policy.
By booking an appointment, the client agrees to the processing of their personal data as required for the provision of services.
By booking an appointment, the client also agrees to the electronic creation, storage and maintenance of records and documents required for the treatment.
9. Liability
Sara Lussi AG shall only be liable for damages that can be proven to have been caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
In particular, Sara Lussi AG accepts no liability for unsuccessful treatment outcomes, changes not subjectively perceived by the client or decisions made based on a treatment.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, documents, materials, audio recordings and information provided by Sara Lussi AG are protected by copyright and may not be copied, published, distributed or otherwise used without prior written permission.
11. Amendments to the GTC
Sara Lussi AG reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time.
The version valid at the time of booking shall apply.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of Sara Lussi AG.
13. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Any invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that most closely reflects the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
